Our Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Quipeushik. If you're not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help. This policy outlines how you can return or exchange products purchased from our website or physical store.

Return Eligibility

You may return or exchange products purchased from Quipeushik under the following conditions:

  • Items are returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • Products are unused, unburned, and in their original packaging.
  • You have proof of purchase (receipt, order confirmation, or order number).
Special Note for Candles: Due to the nature of scented candles, we cannot accept returns of products that have been burned or where the seal has been broken, except in cases where the product is defective.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Candles that have been lit or burned.
  • Products with broken seals (unless defective).
  • Personalized or custom-made items (unless defective).
  • Sale items marked as "Final Sale".
  • Gift cards.

Follow these steps to return or exchange your products:

Email us at info@quipeushik.world or call +64 4 384 6806 to initiate your return. Please include your order number, the items you wish to return, and the reason for your return.

Return Authorization

Once we approve your return request, we'll provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions for returning the items.

Package Your Return

Securely package the items in their original packaging if possible. Include your RA# and a copy of your proof of purchase.

Ship Your Return

Send your return to the address provided in the return instructions. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect items).

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item rather than receive a refund, please note this when initiating your return. We'll do our best to accommodate your request based on current inventory availability.

If the exchanged item is of higher value than the original purchase, you'll be charged for the difference. If it's of lower value, we'll refund the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive damaged or defective products:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Provide detailed information about the issue and photos of the damaged items.
  3. We'll arrange for a replacement or refund at our discretion.

We're not responsible for damages that occur after delivery if you've signed for the package without noting any damage.

In-Store Purchases

For items purchased in our physical store in Wellington:

  • Returns must be made within 14 days of purchase.
  • Bring the item(s) in their original packaging along with your receipt.
  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
